Looking for a 20-rep bodybuilding workout from Ironman magazine circa 1990?

Around 1990, Ironman Magazine ran a workout program that was primarily based on 20-reps of squats, deadlifts and pullovers. If I remember correctly, you worked out every few days and added 1/2 a pound to each workout. It was an unbelievable routine, and I can’t find it now — I think it featured Sandy Riddell on the cover. Does anyone remember it?

I’ll look for it the next time I check my storage. I think its Oct. 1990 issue though.
